1. Overview
This oil-water automatic metering device uses image recognition method to measure. A high-precision camera is used to shoot the oil-water state in the oil-water separator in real time and transmit it to the computer for display synchronously. Then the real-time oil-water interface and oil quantity are processed and measured through the graphic analysis and processing software independently developed by our company. Connect a balance at the outlet of the metering pipe, and measure the total liquid output of the holder through the balance. The total liquid output measured by the balance combined with the volume of image processing measured oil volume, it can accurately measure the amount of oil and water at the outlet of the holder at each time period, and adopt high-precision electronic balance and high-precision fast camera to ensure the measurement accuracy.
