Product Description
A dismountable natural gas hydrate sand production and prevention test device, a type of dismountable natural gas hydrate simulated sand production and prevention test reaction device, including a reaction kettle system and a water, gas, and sand injection system. It is characterized by also including a gas-water-sand separation and metering system, a low-temperature water bath jacket system, a support and safety system, and a software recording and analysis system.

2. Temperature range: -20°C~50°C (simulates the natural gas hydrate formation environment)
3. Kettle body material: 316L stainless steel (high-pressure resistant, low-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant)

5. Stirring speed: 0~500 rpm (stepless speed regulation, ensuring uniform hydrate formation)
6. Safety valve set pressure: automatic pressure relief (threshold adjustable, default 1.1 times the operating pressure)
