Test device for hydrate formation and decomposition sedimentary layer expansion characteristics

Key words:

Hydrate Experimental Equipment | Shale Gas CBM and Geothermal Equipment

Product Description

The hydrate generation and decomposition sedimentary layer expansion characteristic testing device is an experimental device used to study the expansion characteristics of sedimentary layers during the generation and decomposition of natural gas hydrates. It is the core component of the entire device and is usually made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant metallic materials such as stainless steel or Hastelloy. It has good sealing performance and can withstand the high pressure and low temperature environment generated during hydrate generation and decomposition, providing a stable reaction space for hydrate generation and decomposition. At the same time, various sensors and measuring devices can be installed to monitor various parameters during the reaction process in real time.

Main Technical Parameters

1. Reactor volume: 1-10L
2. Operating environment: 10 - 100 MPa, meeting the high-pressure environment for hydrate generation.
3. The temperature range is generally -20℃ - 100℃, the low temperature end is used for hydrate generation, and the high temperature end is used for hydrate decomposition.
4. Temperature accuracy is ±0.1℃ or ±0.5℃
5. Mostly uses stainless steel 316L or Hastelloy C-276, etc., which has good corrosion resistance and high strength, and can withstand high pressure and low temperature environments
