Product Description

The long core physical simulation experimental system is an advanced experimental equipment, which is mainly used to study the physical properties of rocks and their seepage laws under different geological conditions. By simulating the real environment of the formation, the system provides important experimental data and scientific basis for petroleum engineering, geological research and energy development. The system consists of multiple subsystems, including core clamping system, gas pressurization system, displacement system, temperature control system, sample dispensing system and metering system. The core clamping system is able to hold the core sample and provide confining pressure and backpressure environment to ensure the stability of the experimental conditions. The gas pressurization system simulates the gas injection process in the formation through high-pressure gas, and the maximum pressurization can reach 70MPa, which is suitable for a variety of experimental needs. The displacement system consists of a constant pressure and constant flow pump, which can accurately control the fluid injection rate and pressure, and simulate the displacement process in oilfield development. The temperature control system provides a stable temperature environment to ensure that the experiment is carried out in the range of room temperature to 180°C, and the temperature control accuracy reaches ±0.5°C. The dispensing system is used to formulate displacement fluids, with temperature control and pressure display functions to ensure the uniformity and stability of the fluid. The metering system monitors fluid volume and pressure changes in real time through data acquisition software, providing accurate quantitative support for experimental results.
