A permeameter is an instrument used to determine the hydraulic conductivity of soil or rock, reflecting the ability of fluid (usually water) to permeate through porous media. Hydraulic conductivity (k) is a key parameter in civil engineering (e.g., dewatering of foundation pits, dam design), geological, and environmental engineering.

2. Sample size: Ø50 mm × 100 mm (regular soil sample)
3. 0 ~ 1 MPa (conventional), high-pressure type up to 10 MPa
