The Core Casting Instrument is a laboratory equipment used for preparing rock core cast thin sections. It forms a solid model of the rock pore space by injecting filling materials such as dyed resin or alloy, which then solidifies. This facilitates the observation and analysis of rock pore structure, permeability, and fluid migration characteristics.

2. Injection Pressure: 0–50MPa (adjustable, adaptable to rock cores with different permeabilities)

4. Heating Temperature: Room temperature–300℃ (for melting metal or resin curing)
5. Filling Materials: Epoxy resin (dyed), Wood's metal, Tin-bismuth alloy, etc.
6. Control System: Manual/Automatic (PLC touchscreen, records pressure-time curve)
7. Resolution: Resolvable pore diameter ≥1μm (in conjunction with micro-CT or electron microscope analysis)
