Product Description
The core splitting mold is a specialized tool used for precisely splitting cylindrical core samples axially or radially. It is used to prepare standard experimental samples or for analyzing the internal structure of the core.
Main Technical Parameters
1. Core diameter range: Adaptable to standard core sizes (such as Φ25mm, Φ50mm, Φ100mm, etc.), or customized non-standard sizes.
2. Mold material: High-hardness alloy steel (such as Cr12MoV, SKD11) or tungsten carbide, ensuring wear resistance and longevity.
3. Splitting length: The effective cutting length of the mold blade (such as 50mm, 100mm, 150mm).
4. Blade angle: The wedge angle of the splitting blade (such as 60°, 90°), affecting splitting efficiency and surface flatness.
5. Heat treatment process: The blade part needs to be quenched (hardness HRC58-62) to improve impact resistance.
