1. Overview
Our company has successfully developed CO2 oil washing instrument for the problems that the oil washing agent cannot enter and the oil washing agent is difficult to circulate in the pores when the traditional oil washing instrument is used to wash oil in tight cores. Take advantage of the high solubility and high swellability of CO2 to effectively bring out the oil phase. Taking into account the process and operation of the traditional oil washing device, the mixing is increased to improve the oil washing efficiency. CO2 dissolves in crude oil to reduce crude oil viscosity and improve efficiency. Gas expansion is used to bring out residual oil for washing. The oil is more thorough, with core drying function and motor stirring to accelerate the diffusion of oil washing agent, thus shortening the traditional oil washing time by more than 30%.
