I. Overview
1. The natural gas hydrate density testing system is used to simulate hydrates formed under various conditions, and the pressure drop method is used to measure the density of various hydrates and conduct kinetic studies.
2. The density testing and kinetic studies of natural gas hydrates require precise measurement of pressure, temperature, and volume data. The system should include a low-temperature thermostat bath (ethylene glycol aqueous solution), a natural gas constant pressure control module, a natural gas hydrate volume measurement module, a natural gas hydrate synthesis reactor swing system, a vacuum module, and a data acquisition system.
3. The applicable media for the equipment are seawater, marine sediments, natural gas hydrates, etc.
4. The equipment adopts a modular design, which is not only convenient for operation and maintenance, but also can increase the functions of the equipment through different combinations.

1. Natural Gas Constant Pressure Control Module
Constant pressure pump inner diameter Φ20mm, volume 75ml, pressure 25MPa, pressure control accuracy ≤5kpa, mirror-finished inner wall.
2. Hydrate Volume Measurement Module
Constant pressure pump inner diameter Φ20mm, volume 50ml, pressure 25MPa, pressure control accuracy ≤5kpa;
3. Constant Temperature Control System
Circulating water bath type, temperature -20℃~50℃, temperature control accuracy ±0.1℃.
4. Natural Gas Pressure Boosting System
Maximum pressure boost 35MPa, control gas source 0.4~0.8MPa, volume 400ml, dual system safety protection.
5. Vacuum Module
Vacuum degree -0.1~0MPa, pointer-type vacuum pressure display, supply voltage 220V.
6. Data Acquisition System
The acquisition software is independently developed by our company. The collected content includes pressure, temperature, flow rate, images, etc., and can control some working parts.
