Metal Melting Pressure Testing Device

Key words:

Hydrate Experimental Equipment | Shale Gas CBM and Geothermal Equipment

Product Description

Melting pressure test refers to the experimental process of determining the critical temperature (i.e., melting point) and related kinetic parameters (such as melting nucleation rate, nucleus growth rate, etc.) of metals when changing from solid to liquid state by applying different pressure conditions. Its core objectives include the establishment of high-pressure melting curves, the validation of theoretical models, and the support of industrial and scientific applications.

1. Pressure range: 0.1 GPa – 500 GPa Accuracy: ±0.5% – 2%
2. Temperature range: 1000 K – 6000 K Temperature control accuracy: ±50 K
