The performance evaluation device of high temperature and high pressure drainage aid is an experimental equipment specially used to simulate the extreme environment of oil and gas field formation (high temperature, high pressure, high salinity), which is mainly used to evaluate the performance of drainage aids (such as foaming agent and acidification aid drainage agent) under complex conditions. Its core functions include testing the foaming ability, foam stability, liquid-carrying efficiency, oil resistance, temperature and pressure resistance, and compatibility with formation fluids of the drainage aid. These units play a key role in oil and gas extraction, optimizing the selection of drainage aid formulations, improving the efficiency of fracturing acidizing, foam drainage gas recovery, and other processes and the productivity of oil and gas wells.

3. The reactor and pipeline are made of stainless steel 310S or 316L, with a temperature resistance of 1150°C and a pressure resistance of 70 MPa, and strong corrosion resistance.
4. The sealing material is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or modified composite material, which is resistant to high temperature (350 °C) and high pressure (20 MPa).
