Product Description
The dynamic damage simulation experimental device for injecting water is an experimental equipment used to evaluate the dynamic damage effects such as permeability decrease and pore blockage caused by water injection in oil and gas reservoirs during water injection development. Its core purpose is to simulate real reservoir conditions (temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc.), quantitatively analyze the influence of factors such as injection water quality, flow rate, compatibility, etc. on reservoir properties, and provide scientific basis for optimizing water injection parameters and controlling reservoir damage.
Main technical parameters
1. Ring pressure: up to 50MPa
2. Displacement pressure: 40MPa, used to simulate the bottomhole pressure of water injection
3. Temperature control: Range from room temperature to 200 ℃, temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃
4. Particle filtration accuracy: The median particle size of the injected water solid phase particles should be<1.2 μ m to avoid pore throat blockage
5. Data accuracy: Pressure measurement error ≤ 0.1% F · S, flow resolution 0.01m
