Mercury removal agent evaluation device

Key words:

Hydrate Experimental Equipment | Shale Gas CBM and Geothermal Equipment

Product Description

The mercury removal agent evaluation device simulates the flow and reaction environment of mercury containing gases (such as coal-fired flue gas, natural gas, industrial waste gas) to determine the capture ability of mercury removal agents for gaseous mercury (Hg ⁰, Hg ² ⁺). The main functions include: dynamic adsorption performance testing, simulating the mercury adsorption process under different flow rates, temperatures, and pressures through fixed bed or fluidized bed reactors. Regeneration performance evaluation: Conduct high-temperature desorption or chemical regeneration on the mercury removal agent to verify its ability to be recycled. Anti interference capability analysis: Investigating the influence of coexisting gases such as CO ₂, H ₂ O, and SO ₂ on mercury removal efficiency. Process parameter optimization: Determine the optimal operating conditions such as airspeed, carbon mercury ratio, regeneration temperature, etc

Main technical parameters

1. Gas flow rate: 0.5-50Nm ³/h

2. Liquid flow rate 1-100 L/min

3. Temperature control: 50~500 ° C (± 1 ° C accuracy)

4. The lower limit of mercury detection is 0.1 μ g/m ³ (online)/0.01 μ g/L (offline)

5. Reactor volume 100-500 mL
