Product Description
Reference Standard "SY-T 5358-2002 Experimental Evaluation Method of Reservoir Sensitivity Flow"
1. Overview
The sensitive flow displacement experimental device is a fully automatic flow experimental device for the sensitivity evaluation of basic five sensitivity (water sensitivity, speed sensitivity, salt sensitivity, acid sensitivity, alkali sensitivity), stress sensitivity and temperature sensitivity. Its working principle is to inject various fluids related to formation damage under the conditions set by the experiment according to Darcy's law, or to change the seepage conditions (flow velocity, net confining pressure, etc.), the permeability of rock samples and its variation are measured to evaluate the degree of reservoir permeability damage. At the same time, under the condition of changing the process, the device can realize gas drive, water drive, oil drive and other tests, and realize automatic metering of oil and water at the outlet of the model.
The device has the following features:
1. Sensitivity evaluation can be carried out on the phenomenon of particle migration and blockage of throat in reservoir rock caused by fluid velocity changes, resulting in the decline of rock permeability or effective permeability.
2. Sensitivity evaluation can be carried out on the phenomenon of the decrease of rock permeability or effective permeability caused by the change of fluid salinity.
3. Sensitivity evaluation can be carried out on the phenomenon that the acid reacts with reservoir minerals or fluids, resulting in precipitation or release of particles, resulting in the decline of rock permeability or effective permeability.
4, can be due to alkaline liquid and reservoir minerals or fluid contact reaction, resulting in precipitation or release of particles, resulting in the decline of rock permeability or effective permeability of the phenomenon of sensitivity evaluation.
5. Sensitivity evaluation can be carried out on the phenomenon that the permeability or effective permeability of the rock decreases with the change of salinity of the injected fluid.
6. The experimental process realizes automatic control and collection, including time, pressure, temperature, oil quantity and water quantity.
7. The collected results are automatically processed into database format to facilitate the processing of experimental data and complete the output of reports and charts.
8. The experimental process comprehensively monitors and displays the experimental dynamic curves and data.
