Product Description
1. Overview
The fracture deflector is developed in accordance with API standards. It can simulate the downhole pressure and temperature under the standard experimental conditions to evaluate the conductivity of the fracture proppant to different fracturing fluids, so as to carry out the performance comparison test of various proppant fracturing fluids. The method is as follows:
1. Use a hydraulic press to apply different closing pressures to the test chamber filled with proppant to make the proppant semi-stable.
2. Inject the test fluid into the proppant layer, collect regularly through various sensors and computers, and measure the fracture width and pressure difference under each closing pressure.
3. Calculate the permeability of the proppant layer and the conductivity of the fracture by Darcy's formula, and evaluate the damage of the fracturing fluid to the conductivity.
4. Repeat this process until the various closure pressures and flow rates required are evaluated.
5. The test chamber is heated to reservoir temperature and the proppant layer is tested.
