I. Overview
This automatic oil-water metering device uses image recognition for measurement. A high-precision camera is used to capture the oil-water state inside the oil-water separator in real time, and the images are simultaneously transmitted to a computer for display. Then, through our company's independently developed graphic analysis processing software, the real-time oil-water interface and oil volume are processed and measured; a balance is connected to the outlet of the metering tube, and the total amount of liquid discharged by the clamp is measured using the balance; the total volume of liquid measured by the balance is combined with the volume of oil measured by image processing to accurately measure the amount of oil and water discharged from the clamp outlet at each time period. High-precision electronic balances and high-precision high-speed cameras are used to ensure measurement accuracy.
