Product Description
A high-temperature supercritical water oxidation reactor is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly device that uses the properties of supercritical water to treat organic waste. By heating water to a supercritical state, the physical and chemical properties of water change significantly, allowing organic matter and oxygen to completely intermix and react rapidly, ultimately decomposing organic waste into carbon dioxide, water, and harmless inorganic salts. This device is highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and produces no secondary pollution. It is widely used in industrial wastewater treatment, organic solid waste treatment, and the harmless treatment of hazardous materials. It can rapidly decompose refractory organic matter under high temperature and pressure conditions, while ensuring the stability and safety of the reaction through precise temperature and pressure control.
1. Operating Pressure: 0~50Mpa, Pressure Accuracy: 0.25%F·S
2. Operating Temperature: Ambient~600℃, Temperature Control Accuracy: ±0.5℃
3. Reactor Volume: 500ml or 1000ml (Other specifications can be customized)
4. Injection Pump Flow Rate: 5L/H (Other flow rates are optional)
5. High-Pressure Sampler: 10ml, 50MPa; can be connected to gas and liquid chromatography.
6. The equipment usually uses corrosion-resistant alloy materials and can withstand high temperature, high pressure, and strong oxidizing environments.
