When the pressure in the wellbore is lower than the pressure of the dry formation, the oil, gas and water in the downhole formation enter the wellbore and form a harbor flow or well communication. When the gas-liquid separation is serious, drilling blowout and fire accidents may occur.
The function of the oil instrument pipe valve is to close the parallel port quickly and timely when there is overflow and surge in the well to prevent the occurrence of blowout accidents. Drilling well control devices mainly include: internal BOP, four-way, remote control console, driller's console, choke and kill blowout manifold, etc.
Unconventional instrument experimental equipment must meet the requirements of drilling technology, safe and reliable, easy to operate, and can quickly close and open the wellhead. It can be controlled on the driller's console of the drilling rig and can be operated on a remote console away from the wellhead. The device shall have a certain pressure capability to realize controlled blowout, well killing and tripping operation. When a rotary BOP is installed, drilling operations can also be carried out without killing the well.
