1. Overview
1. The natural gas hydrate density test system is used to simulate hydrates formed under various conditions, to measure the density of various hydrates by pressure drop method, and to study the dynamics.
2. The density test and dynamic study of natural gas hydrate need accurate measurement of pressure, temperature and volume data. The system should include low temperature constant temperature bath (medium ethylene glycol aqueous solution), natural gas constant pressure control module, natural gas hydrate volume measurement module, natural gas hydrate synthesis reactor swing system, vacuum module and data acquisition system.
3. The applicable medium of the equipment is sea water, marine sediment, natural gas hydrate, etc.
The equipment adopts modular design, which is not only convenient for operation and maintenance, but also can increase the use function of the equipment through different combinations.

1. Natural gas constant pressure control module
The inner diameter of the constant pressure pump is Φ20mm, the volume is 75ml, the pressure is 25MPa, the pressure control accuracy is ≤ 5kpa, and the inner wall is mirror treated.
2. Hydrate volume measurement module
The inner diameter of the constant pressure pump is Φ20mm, the volume is 50ml, the pressure is 25MPa, and the pressure control accuracy is ≤ 5kpa;
3. Constant temperature control system
Circulating water bath, temperature -20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, temperature control accuracy ± 0.1 ℃.
4. Natural gas boosting system
The maximum pressure is 35MPa, the control air source is 0.4~0.8MPa, the volume is 400ml, and the dual system is safe.
5. Vacuum module
Vacuum degree -0.1 ~ 0MPa, pointer type vacuum pressure display, power supply voltage 220V.
6, Data Acquisition System
The acquisition software is independently developed by our company. The acquisition content includes pressure, temperature, flow rate, image, etc., and can control some working parts.
