1. Overview
The high temperature and high pressure shale expansion instrument can detect the hydration expansion law of the mud shale sample under the condition of simulating the temperature and pressure of the underground formation, evaluate the inhibition ability of the relevant treatment agent, and preferably the type or ratio of the treatment agent suitable for the drilling site. This is an important reference for the study of wellbore stability, the adoption of scientific and economic treatment decisions, and the research and production of inhibitory treatment agents.
The instrument is equipped with a special sample preparation device and automatic data acquisition and processing system, which can simulate the formation pressure of shale forming, automatically collect the test parameters, process the data, display the test results in real time, store, display and print the test law curve and data.
