1. Overview
When the liquid flows through the pipeline, friction loss occurs when the liquid flows due to the friction of the liquid on the pipe wall. In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the liquid, it is often necessary to add some chemical agent to the liquid to reduce the friction loss when flowing. The factors affecting the resistance of liquid flow are very complex, and the feasible method is to use the experimental device to directly measure the friction resistance to determine the friction resistance of liquid flow in the pipeline.
This tester has the following functions:
1. It can simulate the friction resistance of clear water, base liquid and resistance reducing liquid, and can be tested under the condition of high liquid viscosity;
2. The following parameters can be automatically calculated by the computer under the corresponding pipe diameter, different temperature and different pressure conditions: pressure drop, friction gradient, shear rate, shear stress and hydrodynamic viscosity;
3, with pressure protection system, can realize the safety protection of the system;
4, with thermal insulation system: to ensure that the simulation tube works in a constant temperature environment;
5. The instrument adopts circulation line and uses three specifications of pipelines to simulate the flow of on-site working fluid in the pipeline;
6. The instrument adopts high-precision differential pressure transmitter, pressure sensor, mass flow meter, precision temperature controller, etc. to ensure reliable experimental results;
7, with data acquisition system, can realize real-time data acquisition and processing, display, recording, storage and printing.
8. The friction test of supercritical carbon dioxide fracturing fluid can be realized by adding modules.
