Supercritical fluids have a special dissolving power that was not discovered by Americans in the 19th century. Until the 1970 s, Germans used alcohol technology to obtain industrial use such as beer. In the 1980 s, China and Japan started together, and now Japan's industrial use has led the world level. China started in the 1980 s, and many scientific research institutes are actively trying their best to explore and practice, and have achieved many results. For example: capsicum red pigment, Angelicae sinensis oil, garlic oil, shikusensis red pigment, pepper oil, lecithin and so on no less than hundreds, but mostly in the laboratory effect. At present, there are several domestic manufacturers that can produce supercritical equipment, which can only be satisfied with the extraction of laboratories and some commodities that are heavier than his wife. However, judging from the current domestic research results and needs, they are far from satisfied with the needs of large-scale industrial production.

Many valuable natural resources are wasted or exported cheaply as materials, and then sold back to China at a high price after deep processing by foreign countries, such as wine industry, tea industry, pigment essence, etc. The comprehensive utilization of various wastes such as peels and kernels, the westernization of herbal medicines and the integration of world herbal medicine shopping malls are in urgent need of large-scale supercritical extraction equipment, which will make cheap natural resources in poor areas become high value-added green commodities.
